Distillery District Office Conversion

Location: Toronto, ON

Completed: March 2024

Area: 4,200 sq ft

Materials: Exposed brick, steel beams, polished concrete

Transformed a century-old warehouse into a tech startup's headquarters. Kept all the original character - those brick walls have stories - while fitting in modern workspaces that actually function.

2,800 sq ft

Blackened steel, reclaimed wood, glass partitions

Open-concept living that doesn't feel like you're in an airport terminal. Industrial bones with enough warmth to call it home.

Industrial Renovation

Junction Brewery Renovation

Toronto, ON | September 2023

6,500 sq ft

Old printing factory turned craft brewery. Worked around all the equipment needs while preserving that gritty industrial vibe everyone loves in their beer halls.

Liberty Village Restaurant

3,100 sq ft

Raw steel fixtures, Edison lighting, leather & wood

High-end dining that doesn't feel stuffy. The open kitchen was non-negotiable for the chef.

Rosedale Minimalist Home

5,400 sq ft

Clean lines meet industrial accents. The neighbors weren't sure at first, but it's grown on 'em.

Metal shelving systems, concrete floors, track lighting

Fashion boutique that needed to stand out on a busy street. The movable display system lets them switch things up seasonally.

Industrial Renovation

Leslieville Mixed-Use Development

Location: Toronto, ON

Completed: November 2023

Area: 12,000 sq ft

Materials: Steel frame restoration, glass curtain walls, sustainable timber

Former textile factory that sat empty for years. Now it's got retail on the ground floor and creative studios upstairs. This one took patience - historical designation meant jumping through hoops, but worth it to save the bones of this place.

Toronto, ON | February 2024

8 units, 2,200 sq ft each

Fiber cement panels, steel balconies, green roof systems

Modern living without the cookie-cutter feel. Each unit's got its own character while keeping the overall design cohesive. The rooftop gardens were the developer's idea and honestly, they nailed it.

Law firm wanted something less corporate. Glass meeting rooms and exposed ceilings did the trick.

Victorian exterior hiding a completely modern interior. The kitchen's become their favorite hangout spot.
