Former textile factory that sat empty for years. Now it's got retail on the ground floor and creative studios upstairs. This one took patience - historical designation meant jumping through hoops, but worth it to save the bones of this place.

Fiber cement panels, steel balconies, green roof systems

Modern living without the cookie-cutter feel. Each unit's got its own character while keeping the overall design cohesive. The rooftop gardens were the developer's idea and honestly, they nailed it.
